Questions about plans and billing

Do all plans include every feature?
Yes. Real eBay fees, FIFO or average item costs, postage labels, expenses, mileage, reports, the tax centre, accounting software links and the mobile app are in every plan. Plans differ only in how many eBay accounts, orders a month, stock items and team members they cover.
Do plans renew automatically?
Yes. A monthly or yearly plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Move to a bigger or smaller plan whenever you like. The new plan starts straight away and the old one stops renewing.
What happens if I reach my plan's order limit?
A busy month is not cut off at the line: orders keep syncing for a margin past the limit, and you are told by email when you pass it. Past the margin, new orders wait until the next month starts or you move to a bigger plan. Nothing already synced is lost.
Can I add another eBay account without changing plan?
Yes, on the website. Add extra eBay accounts to a monthly or yearly plan when you buy it; each one is charged with the plan and renews with it. The price is shown on each plan.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial. Instead there is a one-off pass: one payment, no renewal, for trying everything for a set number of days. When it ends you choose a plan or simply stop.
