The Shipping page and To ship list

Use the Shipping page and the app's To ship list to see buyers' addresses, export a shipping list to Excel and check every parcel's label cost.

Updated 13 October 2026 3 min read

The Shipping page lists your orders with each buyer's name, address and the parcel's label cost. Tick the orders going out, press Export selected to Excel and you have a shipping list for your label software. In the app, the same list is To ship, under Sales.

Open it

  • Website: Shipping in the main menu.
  • App: open Sales and tap the truck icon for To ship.

What each row shows

Column What it is
Buyer The buyer's name, with the item under it and, when the stock item has one, where it is kept
Order # The eBay order number
Address The shipping address lines, city and state
Zip The postcode or ZIP
Country The country it goes to
Sold The date of the sale
Label cost What the parcel's postage label cost and where that figure came from

Kept at under the item is the Storage location of its stock item, so you can pick the parcel straight from the list. Give your stock items a location on their Edit page (or when you add them) and it shows here, in the app's To ship list and in the new-sale notification.

The label cost covers the whole parcel, all items of the eBay order together. A figure in amber is a guess: either the postage the buyer paid, used until a real cost is known, or an automatic share of a bulk eBay Labels purchase. See How label costs get onto your sales.

Find orders

Search, dates and sort on the Shipping page
Search, dates and sort on the Shipping page
  • Search product, buyer, or SKU: type part of a product name, buyer, SKU or order number.
  • Sold from and Sold to: only orders sold between those dates.
  • Sort: Newest first or Oldest first.

Press Apply. Clear removes the filters. The list shows 50 orders a page.

In the app, the search box takes an order number or buyer.

Export a shipping list to Excel

  1. Filter the list to the orders going out, for example today's sales.
  2. Tick each order, or tick Select all on page.
  3. Press Export selected to Excel.
Selecting orders and exporting
Selecting orders and exporting

You get an Excel file (.xlsx) with Product, Qty, Buyer Name, Address, City, State and Zip, in the sort order you picked. Only the rows you ticked are in it. On a phone-sized screen, a bar with Export to Excel appears at the bottom once you have ticked some rows.

Exporting is for owners and managers. Other team members can see the list.

Copy an address in the app

In To ship, tap the copy icon next to an order to copy the buyer's name and address, then paste it into your label app.

Label costs on this page

The Label cost column is the quickest place to check and fix postage:

  • Edit (website) or the pencil (app) lets you type the parcel's real label cost, or clear it to go back to automatic. See Type or clear a parcel's label cost.
  • Import label costs at the top of the page brings in a file from ShipStation, Royal Mail Click & Drop, Pirate Ship, eBay's transaction report or any CSV. See Import label costs from a file.
  • Label charges to check at the top (the tag icon in the app) opens eBay Labels bought in bulk. A badge shows how many need you.

When bulk label purchases are waiting, a banner at the top of the page says so; press Check them. See eBay Labels bought in bulk.

Questions people ask

Which columns are in the Excel export?

Product, Qty, Buyer Name, Address, City, State and Zip, one row per order line you ticked, in the sort order you chose.

Does the export include every order on the page?

Only the rows you tick. Use Select all on page to tick every order on the current page.

Where do the buyers' addresses come from?

eBay sends the buyer's name and shipping address with each order. ProfitClerk only reads them; it never changes anything on eBay.

An order has no address. What should I do?

eBay occasionally sends an order without its address on one sync and fills it in on the next. Wait for the next sync, or press Sync now.

Why does an order show where the item is kept?

That is the Storage location of the stock item the sale matched. Add a location to a stock item and its sales show it here and in the new-sale notification.

Can I export from the app?

The app's To ship list is for looking up and copying addresses and checking label costs. The Excel export is on the website.
